Former President Trump and first lady Melania Trump have been at the center of attention since 2015 when Donald announced his candidacy for a presidential candidacy. Trump and Knauss met at a party, thrown by their mutual friend and co-owner of Metropolitan Models, Paolo Zampolli, at New York City's Kit Kat Club during the Fashion Week.

However, they met way back in 1998 and tied the knot in 2005. When they first met in September 1998, Melania Knauss was a model in New York after immigrating from the US from Slovenia in 1996.

The duo has been together three years short of two decades and shares a son together. Of course, Melani is also the mother of Trump's other children from his previous marriage.

Mitch McConnell, the US Senate Majority Leader, and Elaine Chao, the Secretary of Transportation, met in the early 1990s through a mutual friend. Theirs was a blind date. The duo shares two sons and two daughters. They are leading an idyllic life with Chri's humor keeping Mary Pat in splits just like their university days. No wonder they have been together for more than three decades.

Mitt Romney and Ann Romney - Together Since 1969

Psaki met her husband Gregory Mecher because of their common interest in politics. Psaki, at that time just secured a new job in the communications department and Mecher was then the deputy finance director.

Their meeting was actually pretty hilarious as Psaki inadvertently gave Mecher the wrong directions to an event. Mecher later said that Psaki had no sense of direction then and directed them in another direction. Although Mecher, was annoyed at first he soon forgot his annoyance as soon as he saw her.

Amy Klobuchar, the United States senator from Minnesota, and a former 2020 candidate has become an increasingly public figure, and her family has also been under the spotlight.

John, her better half (professor at University of Baltimore School of Law and an attorney) was raised in Mankato, Minnesota. Peter is also a former military officer and served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve between 2009 and 2017. His marriage with teacher and writer, Chasten Glezman Buttigieg took place in the year 2018. Chasten has two canines and he adores them both.

Both of them are successful in their professional spheres and enjoy the time they spend together. We wish the two all the happiness in the days to come and believe that nothing on the planet would ever come between the two.

Omarosa Manigault and John Allen Newman - Together Since 2017

Omarosa rose to fame when she took part in the first season of The Apprentice, the reality TV series on the NBC network. She also worked as a political aide to the former United States president, Donald Trump in the year 2017. Therefore, it doesn’t need to be said how much she has raked in her bank account so far. However, there were some controversies, and Omarosa had to leave her job.

Nevertheless, she has been a fighter and has been doing well for herself, both on the professional and the personal front. She walked down the aisle with pastor and democrat, John Newman in the year 2017.

Rex Tillerson and Renda St Clair - Together Since 1986

With a net worth that has been calculated to be something in the ballpark of $122.6 million, he has successfully kept financial headaches at bay. His husband, Marlon Reis happens to be a writer as well as an animal rights activist. The two chanced upon each other in the year 2002 and it has been a long association.

The two share a son and a daughter between them, born in the years 2011 and 2014 respectively. We have noticed a strong bond between Polis and Reis and we hope things will remain the same in the times to come.

Cory Booker and Rosario Dawson – Together Since 2018

Anyone in the political circuit would know who Cory Booker is. He is the first African-American politician to be elected as a senator from New Jersey, a position he has been occupying since 2013. Between 2006 and 2013, Booker served as the 38th Mayor of Newark.

The American politician represented the 16th congressional district of Texas in the U.S. House of Representatives between 2013 and 2019. He was born in Texas into a political family. Therefore, his inclination towards politics is natural.

He graduated from Woodberry Forest School as well as Columbia University. In 2022, O’Rourke announced that he will be running for the post of Texas Governor against Greg Abbott, who is currently occupying the post. He walked down the aisle with Amy in 2005.

Those who know the duo from close, vouch for the fact that they are one of the best couples around. Amy was his constant companion when O’Rourke was going around with his campaign. His better half, Iris, has been the CEO of The New York Public Library since 2014. Before that, she accentuated her earnings as the Vice-Chancellor of New York City University.

Aside from that, she has also been the Department of Transportation commissioner. Schumer and Iris walked down the aisle in 1980. Can you guess the venue? It was the top of the WTC’s north tower! Jessica and Also, the couple’s two kids have done their graduation from Harvard College.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Riley Roberts - Unknown

New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, is making waves in her political career and has her name written in history as the youngest woman to ever serve in Congress. Not much information is available about her relationship as she is pretty tight-lipped about her private life. The power couple wrote a book to find a political action committee to go for safer gun laws. Kelly then pursued a political career and ran for Congress in 2020 and is now a US senator representing Arizona.

The couple began their relationship with a long-distance marriage. She was in Washington while Mark was working in Arizona. However,  eventually, it all worked just fine between them. They have been together for close to two decades now and that speaks volumes about their relationship.

Bill de Blasio, a Democrat, was elected as the Mayor of New York City in 2013 and began his term in 2014. He was elected again for a second term in 2017.

De Blasio walked down the aisle, Chirlane McCray, since 1994. They share two children, a daughter, Chiara, and a son, Dante. Paul Ryan's wife, Janna Ryan, went to Wellesley and then earned her law degree from George Washington University. She was a congressional aide and lobbyist. She chose to be a stay-at-home while raising young children, Liza, Charles, and Sam, in Wisconsin.

Paul and Janna walked down the aisle in 2000. The couple met through common friends in Capitol Hill. After getting hitched they eventually shifted to Paul Ryan's hometown, Janesville, Wisconsin building a perfect life together. Kirsten Gillibrand and Jonathan Gillibrand- Together Since 2001

Unlike the other spouses of many politicians, Gillibrand’s British husband, Jonathan Gillibrand, is someone who prefers to stay behind the scenes, letting her be in the spotlight. If Kirsten donned the role of the President of the United States, he would become the First Gentleman.

Jonathan Gillibrand is a businessman and shies away from the media glare. Tammy Duckworth and Bryan Bowlsbey - Together Since 1993

Tammy Duckworth served as the junior United States Senator from Illinois since 2017. Her career has been nothing short of impressive. Tammy Duckworth met her husband, Bryan Bowlsbey at George Washington University. This was when they both were ROTC cadets. Bowlsbey is an Information Technology professional with a career boasting 22 years of experience. As per his LinkedIn profile, he is currently a project manager/security engineer at Foxhole Technology.

Although it wasn't love at first sight for the couple, and Tammy first felt bad about a derogatory comment that Bryan made about the role of women in the army. But things became cool between them when Bryan came over to apologize.

They walked down the aisle in 1993, and have been together for over three decades and counting. The duo share two daughters and has been backing each other in their respective careers, which is pretty inspiring!

Al Franken and Franni Bryson - Together Since 1975

Alan Stuart Franken worked as a United States senator from Minnesota from 2009 to 2018. He credits much of the success of his career to his wife of more than four decades Franni.

Alan says that politics is a hard job. However, the unconditional support from this wife makes even the toughest days and challenges bearable. No wonder he is successful both personally and professionally.

Bryson met Franken when they were studying at Harvard University in 1969. For Franni, it was love at first sight. They walked down the aisle a few years later in 1975. This was the same year Franken began working on the show Saturday Night Live. The couple has two children, and they leave no stone unturned while showering them with love and comforts.

Kamala Harris and Doug Emhoff – Together Since 2014

Kamala Harris was the attorney general of California from 2011 to 2017 and then went on to get elected to the U.S. Senate from California in the year 2017. She served in that post till 2021. Harris is the first vice-president in the history of American politics.

That has made her one of the most influential figures in the political circuit. She assumed office on January 20, 2021. Harris graduated from Howard University and then, Hastings College of the Law. She tied the knot with Doug Emhoff in 2014. Doug is a lawyer by profession and has been quite supportive of his wife.

He is famous for advocating for equality and justice. Harris draws her inspiration from Doug who has always been by her side through ups and downs. The two’s combined net worth is quite impressive. Both of them have a long way to go in their respective careers.

Marco Rubio and Jeanette Dousdebes Rubio - Together Since 1998

If you have been keeping a tab on American politics, you would know who Marco Rubio is. A former Republican, he is now a senior senator representing Florida. He has been serving in this position since the year 2011.

Previously, he served as a West Miami city commissioner in the 90s decade and was elected to the Florida House of Representatives in the year 2000. He, later on, occupied the position of Speaker there, between 2006 and 2008. Marco has been in a successful marriage with Jeanette Dousdebes Rubio since 1998.

While Marco has always been in the forefront, Jeanette has always preferred to stay in the background and be his backbone. Aside from bringing up the couple’s four kids, she has also been the reason behind her husband’s mercurial rise in politics. A woman of substance in the truest sense.

Albert Gore and Elizabeth Keadle - Together Since 2012

Al Gore is an American politician and environmentalist. He became the 45th US Vice President position from 1993 to 2001 under Bill Clinton. He has also been a Democratic nominee for the 2000 presidential election. However, he lost to George W. Bush in a very close race during the Florida recount.

Al Gore is in a serious relationship with Elizabeth Keadle. Keadle has joined the eclectic group of experts and VIPs who have been trying to raise  Antarctica to raise awareness of climate change.

Keadle is a conservationist who has been tirelessly conducting scientific research to promote conservation. She is at the helm of affairs at the president's council of the San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy in California.
