After five years of living in the 68-acre 7-bedroom property complete with a five-car garage, and staggering mahogany ceilings, the actor is flipping his home for $20 million. Perhaps he wants to be like his bestie, Ben Affleck, who has put his own $45-million mansion up for sale following his split from Jennifer Garner.

Jennifer Lopez - $9.9 Million, Hamptons

Jenny from the block? No, not anymore – Jenny from the Hamptons sounds more like it. In fact, her upscale, chic $9.9-million Hamptons residence bears credence to the fact. The 8,500-square-foot property is located in the exclusive Water Mill neighborhood and boasts eight bedrooms as well as a sparkling pool, tennis court, and a few other lavish amenities. We hate to imagine how much home insurance must cost, but it seems like it is worth every penny.

If you didn’t think it possible, then you should know that one family can outgrow a 32-room house much like Alicia Keys did her $14.9-million New Jersey house. The singer/songwriter purchased the 25,000-square-foot property along with its $1.7-million neighboring property. Greta's the proud owner of this massive apartment in New York, and although she has put it up for sale in the market now, she definitely had some good years living in this abode alongside her husband of over 20 years,  John P. Coal. She put it up for sale just a few months after she quit her job as a host for Fox News.

However, Fox isn't the only place where she has held a career as she has also worked for NBC and CNN. Miley Cyrus may be only 24, but her penchant for acquiring real estate precedes her.  Unique of her properties is a 2-bedroom Malibu home that seems to contrast sharply with her personality. While the singer appears to have an infamous wild party-girl persona, the $2.5-million purchase is situated on 2.06 acres of lush greenery. Considering the hassle associated with home mortgage loans for properties this size, it appears our Hannah Montana has her head screwed on tight in the home purchase department.

Tiger Woods - $60 Million, Florida

After his divorce scandal followed by a hard break-up, Tiger Woods decided to comfort himself with a new island estate. Woods's Jupiter Island mansion located in Florida features many glamorous and breathtaking features such as a running track, built-in professional gym, and of course, a four-hole golf course. His divorce didn't seem to have affected his bank account since he had spent around $60 million for this property alone. Like other wealthy celebs, he also owns other real and movable properties. In his case, he also has a yacht and a jet.

Chris Hemsworth - Byron Bay, Estimated $15 Million

Chris Hemsworth's bank account balance is probably heavier than his hammer on his movie Thor, so the Hollywood hunk bought a $15-million mansion back in his homeland Australia, just for him and his family. His real estate is located in Byron Bay, and it has a truly unique style. Cheryl Tiegs – Est. $12 million, Los Angeles
